RETURN POLICY
Oh oh! Want to return a product? You can. You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your items. We don't cover return costs.
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns if the order is sent back incomplete. Closely yours has the right to refuse returned articles if they are not returned in brand new condition; with a price tag, unworn, send back in the same packaging and with the packing slip.
To request a return, please email us the following information:
- First and last name
- Order number ( on the packing slip, CL#... )
- What is the reason you want to return your item(s)?
When we received this we will create a shipping label, which will be sent back to you. Please note we do not cover return costs, which means these costs will be deducted from your refund amount. For more information or questions, send us an email and we’ll be happy to help.

REFUND POLICY
As soon as we have received the item(s), the item(s) will go through a quality control check.
Once the return has been accepted, all succesfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated.
